Postpartum Chef
Food is medicine and medicine is food.
The body releases heat during birth. Postpartum nutrition is all about bringing warmth and gentle movement back to the mother’s life force energy. Based on Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and what is locally and seasonally available, we customize a meal plan to nourish and replenish the mother’s body and establish a healthy gut biome for the mama-baby dyad, as well as for the rest of the household if desired. Customized herbal teas may be added on to the meal plan.
Meal Delivery Service
All meals will be fully prepared and dropped off with instructions for reheating and freezing.
Meals to your bedside
Meals can be prepared ahead of time or in the client’s kitchen and brought to your bed (or wherever you are most cozy).
1:1 COACHING
Having a beautiful and empowered birth is not an accident nor is it a factor of “luck”. Whether choosing to birth within or outside of the medical system (especially outside), it is vital to be rooted in your power and authority of your birthing space—physically and energetically.
